An equally nutritional meal that is very simple to make. You can prepare this meal in 10 minutes and get around 12 cups of food that can be frozen and served later on. This meal is packed with protein and good carbs, and a variety of veggie vitamins.

  • ​2 and ½ cups of minced beef.
  • ​1 and ½ cups of brown rice.
  • ​1 can of kidney beans (rinsed and drained) or around 15 ounces of freshly boiled kidney beans.
  • ​1 and ½ cups of chopped carrot.
  • ​A ½  cup of frozen peas.
  • ​1 and a ½  cup of butternut squash.
  • ​4 cups of water
  • ​Add all of the ingredients mentioned above in a crockpot and fill it with 4 cups of water.
  • ​Close the crockpot and leave it on high heat for around 2 to 3 hours. Alternatively, leave it on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
  • ​Stir the contents after the time is up and let it cool down before you serve it.
