HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

We typically have a 24-48 hour processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Following this, your package will be delivered to you between 2-6 business days (depending on your chosen shipping option) to the United States, and 7-21 business days to all other regions.

WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

Orders will take around 24-48 hours to be processed, and after that, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. That can be used on our "Track Your Order" page. If you didn't receive a tracking number 5 days after your purchase, please contact us via e-mail.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom.
We're looking to extend to new regions in the near future.

WHY SHOULD I PROVIDE MY REAL EMAIL WHEN I ORDER?

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies (based on where you're accessing the website from), you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
 
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Any requests for refunds are eligible to be analyzed within the first 30 days after you receive your shipment. If the product has been in your possession for longer than 30 days, refunds will no longer be available.
